Styllersupreme taps into his Nigerian roots in vibrant debut EP first district

Styllersupreme

In a thrilling debut, British-Nigerian artiste cum producer, StyllerSupreme, is set to make waves with his captivating Extended Play with the title, First District. This project marks a new step in the career of the London-based artiste, who returns after a long break due to health problems.

Composed of three tracks, this vibrant project is a testament to the artiste’s deep connection to his Nigerian roots, blending traditional sounds with modern flair to create a unique sonic experience.

Arriving 18 months after his breakthrough single Love On You, which was championed by tastemakers like MTV Base, Earmilk, KAZI Magazine, and The NATIVE, First District sees StyllerSupreme return to Lagos, where he was born, to create this three-track offering.

Rooted in pure unfiltered vibes, and crafted with producer Pjay (Olamide, Baddy Oosha), and audio engineer IndoMix (Wyclef Jean, Davido), the project captures the rush of romantic obsession through the lens of a self-assured lover boy – it is introspective, infectious, and emotionally honest.

Whether it’s the traditional bounce and instant chemistry of the EP’s opener Feeling, the irresistible amapiano groove of Party Jollof, or the dreamy, emotionally vulnerable curtain call Trance, the new music project is a captivating journey through early connection, desire, romance, and the magnetic pull of possibility in a new relationship.

StyllerSupreme’s soft yet commanding delivery and uniquely resonant songwriting bring each track to life, drawing listeners into stories that feel personal and universal all at once.

Beyond the music, First District is a statement of resilience for the British-Nigerian riser. The EP marks more than just a creative return for StyllerSupreme; it’s a celebration of healing and determination.

Inspired by Fela Kuti, Marvin Gaye, Michael Jackson, LL Cool J, 9ice, Burna Boy and Jay-Z, StyllerSupreme creates music that is his own – groovy, vulnerable and international. He took interest in learning to mix/master and produce his own songs
