On the feel-good and sensual-driven tune, Young Jonn’s vocal delivery and craftsmanship ups the ante for the love record, as it effortlessly becomes a catchy party banger.
Since his debut on the leading entertainment company, Young Jonn, born John Udomboso, has been on a streak of hits such as, Dada, Dada Remix featuring Davido, Normally, Xtra Cool and Aquafina, projecting him to a leading African act in the music scene.
The former full-time record producer who has now joined the group of emerging Afro-pop musicians and artists in the country told Weekend Beats that he “uses music as a vehicle to deliver his message,” noting that he intends to remain consistent with his craft.
A key highlight of this song remains Young Jonn’s distinctive vocalisation and emotive delivery. The song is very much like the singer himself—easy-going, but catchy.
Sharpally is out across music streaming services.
