Jos Beach Volleyball fiesta begins today

Over 30 teams are participating in the Jos Beach Volleyball Fiesta, which begins today, a member, Nigeria Beach Volleyball Commission, Bolcit Barshep-Amakiri, has revealed. The fiesta will end on March 26.

According to Barshep-Amakiri, the organiser, participants are drawn from the North West, Sure 2 Odds North East, North Central and para-military outfits, betting tips 1×2 with one Ghanaian team giving it an international flavour.

The sports marketer said the competition aims to develop volleyball at the grassroots, adding, “I am glad to announce that the Jos Beach Volleyball Fiesta has attracted teams from Abuja, Over 3.5 Bauchi, Gombe, Plateau, Kaduna, the paramilitary as well as a foreign team and for now, over 30 teams have registered for it.

“Beach volleyball is well rooted in Plateau State.
