Finalists emerge in SNEPCo Junior Tennis Championship
Seun Ogunsakin on his way to the final of the Boys 14 category at the SNEPCo Junior Tennis holding in Port Harcourt, Rivers State
Seun Ogunsakin defeated Marvelous Timibra 9-0 yesterday to move into the final of the Boys 14 category at the SNEPCo Junior Tennis Championship holding in Port Harcourt.
Ganiyu Mubarak also booked his place in the final by beating Amir Mohammed 9-0.
In the Girls 14 category, Khadijat Mohammed defeated Favour Amaeshi 9-2, just as Mary Iorlumun beat Mary Azi 9-5. In the Boys 12 event, Seyi Ogunsakin defeated Haruna Sanni 9-3 to book his final ticket, while Onyekachi Ogumjiofor beat Isreal Adeusi 9-1.
The Girls 12 event saw Ndidi Osàji beating Fego Ayetuoma 9 -7, while Vanessa Inyang defeated Gloria Samuel 9-2.
Malcolm Osàji defeated Honour Clement 9-0 for the final ticket in the Boys 10 category, while Chukwudubem Amasiana beat Eric Bright 9-2. The tournament ends today with a grand finale starting at 2pm prompt.
