WCGC: Suzuki, Pepsi, others join sponsors’ list as FGDC raises bar

Franchise holders of the famous World Corporate Golf Challenge, Falcon Golf Development Company (FGDC) is set to raise the bar as the national finals of 2025 World Corporate Golf Challenge holds at the highbrow Golf Section of Ikoyi Club 1938 from May 16 to May 18 2025.

Already, such sports friendly outfits as CFAO’s Suzuki and Pepsi have thrown their weight behind the competition, which is already attracting interest from golf clubs across the country.

Played over 36-holes, this year’s edition is expected to attract over 100-teams to the highbrow Club.

Chief Executive Officer of FGDC, Remi Olukoya, said that innovations to make this edition competitive have been put in place.

“We are raising the bar by bringing new innovations and we will make sure that 2025 World Corporate Golf Challenge will linger in the memory of participants for years to come,” he said.

The World Corporate Golf Challenge is the leading corporate golf tournament with a global presence in over 25 countries.

Throughout the year, national events bring together business executives, who compete for the chance to represent their company and country on the world stage.

National winners earn their place in the World Final, an exclusive event where competition, networking, and business opportunities come together.

Since its debut, 5,568 companies have been involved, while 11,136 players from 140 countries including Nigeria have participated in the competition.
