Because he has shed his blood for you, that yoke must break, says Muoka

South African Pastor Submits Church To Lord’s Chosen
“What you are going through in life is not ordinary. It is either caused by your sin or the sins of your forefathers, but thank God you’re here at this programme today. The assurance we have from God is that that yoke must break. Those who testified yesterday and today of God’s goodness in their lives are not lying. The same God Who did it for them will break every yoke in your life, because when He begins to work in your life, nobody can stop or hinder Him.”

Those were the words of the General Overseer of the Lord’s Chosen Charismatic Revival Ministries, Pastor Lazarus Muoka to his audience last Sunday, as the church rounded off its two-day programme, which started on October 19, 2019 at The Chosen Revival Ground, Ijesha, Lagos.

Speaking on the theme: That Yoke Must Break, Muoka enjoined his audience to search their lives, amend their ways and promise God never to indulge in the sin of disobedience. He listed some of the sins people deliberately committed to include killing, kidnapping, lesbianism, homosexuality and cultism, among others, saying they are evil before God. The only way to be delivered, Muoka said, is through repentance and accepting Jesus Christ as their Lord and Saviour.

He said: “Because He has shed His blood for you, Jesus’ blood washes away sin. I don’t know the sin you have committed that the devil is using to torment you, but hear me, so that your deliverance will come. It is not God’s will that you should die prematurely. God has given me power and authority; therefore, you will survive and make progress. If you can live a consistent Christian life, that yoke must break and having amended your ways, God must visit you and nobody can hinder Him. As He delivered the Israelites, God will also deliver you and His Spirit is upon my life to proclaim victory for you.”

Aside notable miracles and newcomers surrendering their lives to the Lord, there was also confession of former members who rebelled against the church and returned to ask for forgiveness. The congregation also witnessed the testimony of Rev. Francis Onyekachi Anosike, who attended the two-day event with his wife, Virginia and some top government officials from South Africa.

Anosike, who told journalists he was inspired by Pastor Muoka’s preaching on holiness over the years, publicly announced the submission of his church, Rock of Victory Ministries Int’l in Johannesburg, South Africa with many branches to the Lord’s Chosen.

Anosike said: “I am submitting my ministry to the Lord’s Chosen in obedience to God’s divine instructions, not by sight. I had a clear voice from God that Pastor Lazarus Muoka is my spiritual father, and that I must submit to him. That voice came to me in 2009 and since then, I have had several encounters with the man of God that changed my life and ministry…”
