In a candid conversation, Samuel shared the story of his lifelong passion for music. “I’ve dreamt of being a musician since my earliest days,” he recalled. “I’d create rhythms by tapping plates together, much like a jazz drummer. My parents recognized my love for music and gifted me my first jazz kit. It was my gateway to drumming, and the beginning of my journey as a musician.”
His musical journey progressed as he transitioned from drumming to mastering the piano, ultimately embracing the role of a music producer. For Samuel, the driving force behind his musical pursuits is the desire to bring the unique melodies in his mind to life for others to enjoy. “I often find myself lost in my own music,” he admitted. “These melodies play in my mind, and I hum them aloud, hoping others will appreciate the symphonies that reside within my heart.”
Yet, Samuel faced challenges on his path to stardom. His innovative and modern music style often clashed with the preferences of his local environment. “My music was ahead of its time,” he explained. “Adapting to this environment pushed me to blend modern tunes with tribal songs, cultivating my distinctive musical identity.”
