To promote God’s word and encourage people to worship their maker, El-Berachah Worship Ministry of the Celestial Church of Christ has concluded plans to host the seventh edition of Luli Concert at Tafawa Balewa Square, Lagos from Friday, October 6, 2023 beginning from 7pm. Organisers disclosed that the gospel concert with the theme, “Perfect And Fearful In Praise,” would precede array of community empowerment programmes and outreaches that would serve as part of the church’s contribution to national development.

Speaking in Lagos during the media parley, Chairman of the event, Mr. Gbenga Alagbetu, explained that nation building is a responsibility of every individual. He disclosed that A-list gospel acts including, Sola Allyson, Tope Alabi, Bidemi Olaoba, the French Choir, CCC Ketu International choir among others will perform at the event. According to the convener, Dr. Gbenga Daniel-Adebayo, widows and the less privileged will given some relief materials, trade tool and start-up capital, adding that the church will also visit some correctional centres in Lagos.

He said: “We shall go to the remotest of the remote villages to tell the people about the gospel and also to give them some relief packages. We shall empower widows with work tool including, sewing machines, grinding machines among others that would enable them earn a living and carter for their children.” Slated for Saturday, September 30, Daniel-Adebayo stated that the pre-concert programmes will include the Luli walk, a mental and physical fitness programme.
