‘G.O. prayed and kidnappers freed my daughter with no ransom paid’

The above verse aptly captured my condition when kidnappers took hold of my daughter. In the eyes of men, it was impossible for her to be released without a ransom, but God did that which no man can do and she was set free without a kobo paid. May his name be praised in Jesus’ name…Amen!

I am Sister Stella Michael, while my daughter is Sister Eniola. I joined this movement in 2014 and reside in Aguda, Suru-Lere, Lagos. I glorify God for what he has done for me.

This testimony happened, last year, in April, 2024. On that fateful day, I gave my daughter,my ATM card to withdraw some money for me at a nearby ATM machine. At about 5.35pm, I got the alert of the withdrawal on my phone, but waited till about 8:00 pm and did not seemy daughter, so, I contacted some brethren and they prayed with me that same night before we set off to the police to lodge a complaint. The Police said we should wait for 24-hour to declare her missing. The next day being Thursday, we came to church and l gave my daughter’s picture to my State Women’s Leader and she took it to the G.O. who prayed for her. Truly, as human, fear took the better part of me.

However, I went back to the police to formal report the case and l was told to pay some money to air the message on radio and other platforms, which l did and the message went viral. It was on WAZOBIA FM and other stations.

On Friday of the week, the kidnappers called me to verify if the girl in their possession is my daughter and I answered in the positive and they dropped the call. The next day being Saturday, the kidnappers called again and demanded for a ransom of N5,000,000:00, saying itmust be paid within six days or they killher. I told them; I am a Chosen and the girl they are holding is also a Chosen and a covenant child. The man at the other end said: “Ehheeh, ok,” and dropped the call. They did not call me again after that and that on its own heightened my fear, despite my trust on the God of Chosen.

I relayed the message to Aguda brethren and theybegan to pray for me. On Sunday that proceeded a new week, I came to service and G.O. mentioned the case in the course of his prayers and said: “You Sister they held something that belongs to you, l command them to release it.”

On Wednesday, being May 1, 2024, and after G.O’s. prayers, God of Chosen showed me mercy and the kidnappers called to tell me to come for my daughter at Ojodu Berger, saying they have dropped her there .

To the glory of God, we went there and met my daughter, but she was very weak, so, we took her to hospital for treatment. Becoming stronger, I asked her to tell me what really happened toher? She said after withdrawing the money and was about stepping out of the ATM booth, a young man hit her on the shoulder and the money dropped.

According to her, the same man apologised and helped pick the money and after that she lost her senses. She said, she opened her eyes the following morning to find herself in a room with one of their male victims. Sister Eniola disclosed that the kidnappers fed them once a day and at times she would not eat the food.

Sister Stella Michael said: “ I am grateful to God for this wonderful work. He never disappoints, may his name be glorified in Jesus’ name. I promised God that if he recovers my daughter for me, l will give him a token, and I have done that already. P-r-a-i-s-e, the Lord. I pray for the G.O., his family and all Chosen members worldwide, may we all make heaven at last in Jesus’ name…Amen!
