I am the lord

God will always be God irrespective of any circumstances, He changeth not. He is an unquestionable God. God is the only supreme master, the Almighty, the creator, Jehovah, our maker, He is the Lord of Lords. God told moses that he is the lord, He would free the children of Israel from the Egyptians. When he says,”I am God”, He declares his deity. When he says, “I act and none can reverse it”, He declares his sovereignty.

Isaiah 45:5-7 says “ I am the Lord, and there is no other, beside me there is no God. I equip you though you do not know me. That people may know, from rising of the sun and from the west, that there is none besides me: I am the LORD and there is no other. The one forming light and creating darkness, causing wellbeing and creating calamity; I am the Lord who does all these. He is sovereign: He acts and none can reverse it.

God’s name is full of power. Power to direct and command, Power to save, Power to deliver, Power to fight and defend, Power to free captives, Power to reform and recreate, Power to guide and teach, Power to forgive, Power to prove that nothing is hard for him to do and Power to establish his covenant.

God always declare that he is God and he alone. He is willing to go so far as to claim ultimate sovereign responsibility over all things. Let me give you some reasons why God pronounced himself as the Lord:
• When someone turn himself to your Lord.
• When someone thinks he can afflict you with challenge.
• When Satan has dominated your life.
• When sin and flesh has bound you.
• When one is dying in problem and sorrow without solution.
• When it is time to prove his authority and power.
• When there is no way out of bondage.

Brethren look up to God, seek him always and he will proclaim himself as the Lord over your situation. He will proclaim himself Lord over every dark kingdoms in your life (satanic kingdom, flesh and sin kingdom, worldly kingdom, sickness kingdom, poverty kingdom, delay kingdom, bondage kingdom and many more).

I pray that God will show himself as Lord over every difficult situation in our lives. AMEN!
