Nebuchadnezzar and Belshazzar were terrified till Daniel came (Daniel 2:1-23; 5:1-12). You could see through their dreams that they were terrified, but had peace of mind when Joseph and Daniel interpreted their dreams.
If Joseph had trusted his brother to interpret his dream, guess what they would have probably told him is the meaning. You don’t need prayer houses, you need the real man of God to guide you in the interpretation of your dreams. In as much as you need knowledge of your dream, you could also kill the dream if you source for knowledge at the wrong places. “…my people are destroyed for lack of knowledge.” Hosea 4:6.
Warning: Don’t tell your dream to everybody. You do not know who is against you or wishing you evil. I recommend your pastor because he should have your interest at heart and will tell you the truth. More so, he knows you, where you are coming from and where you are going. He can interpret your dream or your life better.
4) Be Watchful, Be Sensitive
For every dream, there is always an appointed time for its physical manifestation (whether good or bad). And so, it is important you are sensitive to happenings between the time the dream is given and the time of manifestation. You need to watch closely so as not to miss it if it is good or accidentally come on you if it is evil. “Be sober, be vigilant; because your adversary the devil, as a roaring lion, walketh about, seeking whom he may devour.” 1 Peter 5:8
The watching time is a very delicate time, you must not joke with if you do not want to be caught unaware. You must always be prepared.
“Watch ye therefore, and pray always, that ye may be accounted worthy to escape all these things that shall come to pass, and to stand before the Son of man.” Luke 21:36
5) Speak The Dream
Speak out the dream continuously; this will make you remember it. Say it to yourself again and again until you write it down.
6) Tell someone you sincerely trust and you are sure he or she loves you.
Be careful of this, because this was what Joseph did that his brothers planned for his death, but tell someone who will help you to work on the dream.
“And Joseph dreamed a dream, and he told it his brethren: and they hated him yet the more. And his brethren envied him,” Genesis 37:5,11a
However, you need someone to observe or watch your dream come to pass.
“…But his father observed the saying” Genesis 37:11b
Four Questions To Ask – Whenever You Dream
• Is this from God, my mind or the devil? – Judge the dream. Consider the atmosphere or the environment of the dream.
• Is it for me, others, the state, nation or the world?
• Should I say it out or keep it? – Genesis 37:9.
Nobody knew what God told Simeon until it manifested – Luke 2:25-33; Joseph did not tell anyone about his dream – Matthew 1:20-25.

• What does this dream mean? – Zechariah 4:3-4, 6.
Prayerfully consider the meaning of dreams without using your mere human senses, but trusting God to unfold the coded mystery.
