In the days of emergency, the lord God is never absent

Life is full of emergencies. JESUS said sufficient for everyday are the evil thereof. Matthew 6:34. Everyday carries its unanticipated emergencies and challenges. No matter who you are, we all face challenges that are characteristics of this world. We face daily challenges that require our special attention and positive responses.

These emergencies may come in our finances, businesses, health, family, careers, relationships, investments, etc. The good news is that no matter what we face in life, God is always there with us. God has sworn never to leave us nor forsake us or allow us to wallow in untold devastation. Jehovah God that watches over you, never slumbers nor sleeps. The Scripture is replete with God’s abiding presence and provision in the time of emergencies. On their way to the region of the Gadarenes JESUS and His disciples suddenly faced a very heavy storm. It was an emergency situation for JESUS and His disciples. When the storm arose, JESUS arose and silenced the storm. The Israelites were pursued by the Egyptians seeking to destroy them at the Bank of the Red Sea.

It was an emergency situation. God came to the aid of His people and the Egyptians were drowned and defeated. Paul and Silas were thrown into prison for doing the work of God. As they prayed and sang praises to God, they received emergency intervention of the Almighty God. JESUS faced an emergency situation where he had to feed thousands of people in a desert place. God’s emergency provision took care of those in the wilderness through the five loaves and two fishes provided by a young boy. It is quite clear from the Word of God that whenever we face an emergency situation, there is always an emergency intervention of the Almighty God.

GOD’S PROVIDENCE IS ALWAYS THERE AND AVAILABLE TO MEET UP WITH THE EXIGENCIES OF LIFE. God always makes provision available ever before the need arises – JEHOVAH JIREH Genesis 22:14 “And Abraham called the NAME OF THAT PLACE JEHOVAH JIREH: In the mount of the LORD it shall be seen.” God did not abandon Shadrack, Meshack and Abednego in the time of emergency crises when they were thrown into the furnace of fire. God went into the furnace of fire with them and extricated them. (Daniel 3). God did not also abandon Daniel in the lions’ den; he was supernaturally preserved from destruction. God’s emergency provision will always settle the issues of your life.

The question today is what do we do in an emergency situation? Psalm 50:15 “And CALL UPON ME in the days of trouble; I will deliver thee and thou shalt glorify me.” We are not expected to panic in an emergency situation. We are commanded to pray and call on God Who is ever-present. God is as close as the mention or a call on His name.

David said in Psalm 57:2 “I will cry unto God Most High; unto God THAT PERFORMETH ALL THINGS FOR ME.” Jehovah God is the one that accomplishes all things for us so we must trust and call upon Him. There is an emergency provision of God for you today, there is an emergency intervention of God for you today, and there is an emergency miracle of God for you today. Reach out by faith and receive in the Mighty Name of JESUS, EMERGENCY MIRACLES.

PRAYER: Father God in the Name of JESUS, I receive Your emergency intervention, provision, breakthrough, miracles today in the Mighty Name of the LORD JESUS CHRIST.
