Mercyland Miracle: Healed woman receives ₦6.1m from Papa J

At Mercyland Deliverance Ministry on February 28, 2025, a woman suffering from a severe skin infection experienced a miraculous healing through the god of Prophet Jeremiah Omoto Fufeyin, affectionately known as Papa J. But what followed shocked everyone.
Her husband, who had abandoned and maltreated her due to her illness, suddenly returned— falling to his knees in public, begging for her forgiveness. The congregation, outraged by his past actions, erupted in chants of “We no go gree” (Pidgin English for ‘We won’t agree’), and came very close to attacking the man but for the timely intervention of security men. However, Papa J calmed the storm, urging mercy over vengeance.
In a final act of divine grace, the Jeremiah Omoto Fufeyin Foundation gifted the woman ₦6.1 million, in a bid to ensure her future.
This moment served as a powerful reminder that God restores, forgives, and gives second chances—even when all hope seems lost.
There were also reactions on the social media platform, X (formerly known as Twitter), with some, such as @IvieOsinachi, stating: “Papa J is truly a man of God! From healing to restoring dignity and blessing lives financially, this is what true Christianity looks like! The Jeremiah Foundation is changing lives!”
Another X user @James__Ade, added: “This is beyond a miracle—this is love in action! Prophet Jeremiah Omoto Fufeyin didn’t just preach, he stepped in to save a life. N6.1 million to that woman? God bless Papa J forever!”
