The Lord’s Chosen Charismatic Revival Ministries has concluded arrangements to hold its National Media Week 2018 with the theme: “The Role of the Mass Media in Actualising Our Visions and Mandate.”

The three-day event will start on Thursday, October 11 and ends on Saturday, October 13 at the church premises in Ijesha, Lagos at 8am daily.

Fielding questions from journalists, last Sunday, during the church’s event tagged: “God’s Intervention In Time Like This,” the General Overseer of the church, Pastor Lazarus Muoka said there was need to collaborate with the media, stressing that the role of the Media as Fourth Estate of the Realm cannot be overemphasised.

He said: “The media is like the channel to distribute or disseminate good news, and if it is properly managed, so many people could be born again. So, we need the media to be educated and know what to do in time like this.”

While enjoining other religious leaders to pray for the country, Muoka said Nigeria’s solution could only come from God and not from any individual.

“This is End Time and Christ’s prophecies are being fulfilled all over the world, including Nigeria.

Hence our programmes, such as ‘God’s intervention in time like this’ is held yearly, so we could prepare people for the Rapture, as well as pray for Nigeria.

In time like this, people should draw closer to God and ensure there is nothing standing between them and God,” he added.
