Signpost to wealth creation

Until a tree has taken sufficient root downward, it cannot bear fruit upward. This tells us that our inner life is the womb of our outward life. Wealth creation begins from your inner life.

“So as a man thinks in his heart, so is he” (Prov 23:7).
You can’t think poverty and have prosperity, because Wealth is inside-out, not the other way round.
“… what we now see did not come from anything that can be seen” (Heb 11:3).

Whatever we are seeing now, are products of what we can’t see. In other words, the visible comes into existence from the invincible. What you see in the outside are products of the things that are happening on the inside. So if you don’t like what you see in the outside, change what is happening on the inside. We all know that the soft copy gives birth to the hard copy. So the best way to alter the hard copy is to alter the soft copy. You have to ‘BE’ it on the inside, before you can ‘DO’ it on the outside.

Jim Rohn said “If you are given a million dollar, hurry up and become a millionaire if you don’t want to lose it.”

A million naira does not make anyone a millionaire. Someone said: “If you want to be a millionaire, think like a millionaire. If you stumble on wealth when you are not ready for it, you might soon lose it. This is why most people who win lottery end up being broke, because whatever is not inside-out, do not last. I learnt from Mark 7:15 that what defiles a man comes from the inside of the man. So if you want to create wealth, it will start from your thought life, because you can’t live better than you think.

“I planted, Apollos watered, but God gave the increase. So then neither he who plants is anything, nor he who waters, but God who gives the increase. Now he who plants and he who waters are one, and each one will receive his own reward according to his own labor. For we are God’s fellow workers; you are God’s field, you are God’s building”. 1 Cor 3:6-9

Take 100% responsibility for your financial destiny. You have to take full responsibility for the planting and watering of your financial seed (idea) before you can see your desired financial increase. Sustainable wealth is created deliberately. It is created intentionally. Lasting wealth doesn’t happen accidentally.

You can’t continue to blame others for your financial state. You have to know that if you fail, it’s your fault, although the system of this world conditions us to blame others except us. This blame-game is as old as Adam. 99% of all failures come from people who have the habit of making excuses and shifting blames. No nation or person has sustainable wealth or anything worthy of praise, until she has taken 100% responsibility for her desired results. You have to take charge of your life and business. If you want it bad enough then be ready to do everything it takes legitimately to have it or else you won’t have it. Not until you take full responsibility for your life, you can’t operate at your full potential.

Whenever you start taking 100% responsibility for your financial destiny, you will ask these two questions:

• What must I do or not do, to create the kind of financial result that I desire?

• What do I need to do differently or more creatively to get my desired financial result?
You need to give up all your victim stories and take up a victory stand concerning your finances. Stop giving excuses and blaming others for your outcome. Start doing what you have to do to make a difference. You are not poor because you live in a third world country. No, that’s a fallacy. There are wealthy people in the poorest region of the world and there are poor people in the richest regions.

Situation + Response = End Result
This is the formula anywhere and anytime. We do not have a total control of what happens to us, but our response is a choice, so chose the right response. I am sure you know your response in any given situation determines the end result. You can’t control where the waves of the sea goes but you can control where you want to go. Victims blame the situation but victor tailor their response to take advantage of the situation. Two people in similar situation may not have similar responses and so their end results will not be the same. You too can take advantage of every form of financial situation you find yourself.
