The four-day synod, which ends on Sunday, May 23 will focus on the challenges of the environment to mankind. Themed: “All things bright and beautiful” taken from Genesis 1:31, the official business of the synod opens on May 21, 2021, at All Saints’ Church, Yaba, Lagos. The closing service returns to the Cathedral where the retired Bishop of Kwara, Most Rev (Dr.) Olusegun Adeyemi will address, “Creation: God’s intention and Man’s responsibility.”

The synod will attract delegates from various churches in the diocese and friends from Christendom and civil society to examine urgent issues facing the church and society.
