General Overseer of the Mountain of Fire and Miracles Ministries (MFM), Worldwide, Dr. Daniel Kolawole Olukoya has dedicated six of its regions in Ogun State, witnessed by worshippers and well wishers who came out in large numbers to catch a glimpse of their spiritual father. Olukoya, who was accompanied by senior pastors of the church, visited the South West Region 19, Ijoko in Sango axis, where he dedicated the first region superintended by Pastor Joshua Ajose. From there, the team moved to the Tent Makers Pastoral Ministry, Region 10, Owode-Ota where Pastor Samuel Idowu Oluyomi is the pastor-in-charge. The South West Region 93, Iyana-Ilogbo was the third region where the General Overseer dedicated a hall alongside the auditorium built by the Regional Overseer, Pastor Sola Kehinde Afolabi. Later, the man of God proceeded to the Tent Makers Pastoral Ministry, Region 30, Singer-Ota, where a regional overseer and 76-year-old Pastor (Mrs.) Janet Oluwadaunsi, popularly called ‘Mama’ single-handedly built. For her efforts, the General Overseer took a personal picture with her and her husband and also prayed for them. The South West 93, Iyana-Ilogbo where the Regional Overseer, Pastor Sola Kehinde Afolabi and his wife welcomed Dr. Daniel Olukoya, as he cuts the tape, to dedicate the region. The Regional Overseer of South West, 22, Iyesi-Ota, and his wife, Pastor Moses Adekunle and the array of Senior Regional Overseers, Regional Overseers, Overseers, pastors, and well-wishers came together to host Dr. Olukoya and his entourage.

In his sermon at the region, the General Overseer said that one might not require the help of a very important personality to attain the great height destined for one by God. Citing how God took David from slavery to the throne, Olukoya noted that David didn’t know any one but God. According to him, “Nothing good comes easy and God can plant a servant in a place to promote one to the throne.

Olukoya’s last dedication was the Mega Regional Headquarters, where the Senior Regional Overseer, Pastor Wale Adeolumuyiwa is in charge. The dedication of the two-floor auditorium attracted the presence of three Assistant General Overseers, Principal Senior Assistant Overseers, other Senior Regional Overseers, Overseers, and pastors from across the ministry as well as friends of the church.

Delivering his sermon, themed: “My Case is Different,” Olukoya said that the case of every child of God is different from others. He, therefore, urged Christians to always endeavour to make a difference in life. Praying for the faithful, especially in the six regions, the cleric asked God to bless them spiritually and materially beyond their expectations.

The Senior Regional Overseer, Pastor Adeolumuyiwa, recalled that Dr. Olukoya was in the region last on June 27, 2010, when he first launched the Ota regional headquarters, as the sixth region of the MFM. He said that he (Adeolumuyiwa) assumed office in the region in June 2016 and again, in June 2022.

The event was graced by the traditional rulers of the town, Olota of Ota, Professor Adeyemi Obalanlege, Onilogbo of Ilogbo, Oba Ojugbele, while the founder and presiding Bishop of the Faith Tabernacle, Dr. David Oyedepo, was represented by a senior pastor in the ministry, among other, dignitaries from across the country.
