Principal implores students to be good ambassadors of Nigeria
The Principal, FIEF Academy, Lagos, Alhaja Mariam Mansur-Williams, has encouraged children to be serious with their studies, behave well and be good ambassadors of Nigeria.
Speaking at the 2018 Children’s Day programme organised by the academy, Mansur-Williams told the children that without education they would not be able to do much in life and make the necessary impact.
According to her, they must, at all times, be a pride to themselves, families, and the world. They should know that it is when a child is good that parents and family members are proud of them.
After delivering talks on the need for good behaviour, the pupils and students of the school watched a documentary on Nigeria from pre-colonial era to date.
As part of activities marking the day, two students were picked to act as the proprietor, Sheikh Mansur Williams and principal of the school, Alhaja Mariam Mansur-Williams respectivey.
The two students coordinated the activities of the school for the day. Both dressed and put up the mannerism of the two personalities.
