Nigeria loses share from FIFA’s $871m 2026 World Cup fund

Nigeria’s failure to qualify for the 2026 World Cup, billed to start in the United States, Canada and Mexico in June, has cost the country a share of the jumbo $871 million, which the world football governing body, FIFA, has
