Ipesa- Balogun celebrates birthday with prayer, book launch 

Former Chairman of Oshodi/Isolo Council, Lagos State, Afeez Ipesa-Balogun, has commemorated his 60th birthday with a special prayer and book launch. The event also featured the unveiling of 60 winners of Ipesa-Balogun@60 Scholarship Scheme.
