2019 Elections: Lagos commissioner urges residents to collect PVCs

The Lagos State Commissioner for Home Affairs, Dr AbdulHakeem AbfulLateef, has urged residents to obtain their Permanent Voter Cards (PVCs) so as not to be disenfranchised in the 2019 general elections.
