CSOs condemn murder of 17-year-old student in Adamawa

A coalition of Civil Society Organisations (CSOs), yesterday, condemned the torture and alleged gruesome murder of a 17-year-old student, Abdullahi Tukur Abba, by security personnel in Adamawa State.
