Troops kill Boko Haram chief, 31 others in Borno

Troops of Operation Hadin Kai (OPHK), in collaboration with Civilian Joint Task Force (CJTF), have neutralised a Boko Haram commander and 31 other terrorists in Konduga Council of Borno State.
