Gov Aliyu reverts may salary to loan payable in three months

As part of ongoing efforts to cushion the economic hardship facing workers, Gov. Ahmed Aliyu of Sokoto State has approved the conversion of May 2025 salaries, which were paid before the last Eid-el-Adha celebration, into a loan to be paid in three installments.
