ADC appoints new leaders, ratifies expulsion of presidential candidate, others

IRKED by anti-party activities, the African Democratic Congress (ADC) has ratified the expulsion of its presidential candidate, Dumebi Kachikwu, and his running mate, Ahmed Rufai, from the party.
