AIG Emeka assumes duty at zone 9 Umuahia, pledges security of lives, property

Assistant Inspector General of Police (AIG), Nwonyi Polycarp Emeka, at the weekend, assumed duty at Zone 9 Umuahia. He is to superintend the affairs of three police commands in three states (Abia, Imo and Ebonyi), with zonal headquarters in Umuahia.
