Kogi NUJ challenges NOA on youth leadership

The chairman of Nigerian Union Of Journalists, Kogi State Council, Comrade Ali Atabor, has challenged the National Orientation Agency (NOA), to brace for its mandate of engaging the youths against anti-social activities and other vices.
