92-year-old man allegedly hangs self in Ebonyi over land

Residents of Amangballa village in Afikpo North Local Council of Ebonyi State woke up on Tuesday to discover the body of a 92- year-old Horri Oko Eluu dangling over a rope at the Ogo Square.
