Jonathan, southern lawmakers back govs’ anti-open grazing resolution

Former President Goodluck Jonathan, yesterday, backed the southern governors for banning open grazing in their states, saying the Nigeria Governors Forum (NGF), remains the best platform to discuss critical issues affecting Nigeria.
