Akwa Ibom plans artificial lake at ARISE Park

Akwa Ibom State Government is planning to open an artificial lake at the ongoing ARISE Park project. It is part of efforts to turn the Ravine along Dominic Utuk Avenue in Uyo, the state capital, into a tourist centre.
