Senate committee lauds Lar for judicious use of NAFRC funds

Senate Committee on Defence has commended the commandant of Nigerian Armed Forces Resettlement Centre (NAFRC), Oshodi, AVM Kinsley Lar, for effective utilisation of the centre’s funds.
