IBEDC reports UCH to NERC over N217m debt

The management of Ibadan Distribution Company has dragged the University College Hospital, Ibadan (UCH), to the Nigerian Electricity Regulatory Commission (NERC) arbitration panel over N217 million accumulated debt.
