Cross River tasks FG on NDDC masterplan
The state governor’s Special Assistant on NDDC Affairs, Mr. Victor Ekpo, who made the call in Calabar in a chat with newsmen at the weekend, said the master plan has been on the shelf for many years and the time has come for its implementation.
