Former NIPP chief donates bread factory worth 30m to AIFCE

Former Deputy Project Manager, National Integrated Power Project, NIPP, Engr. Ben Ukwuoma has donated a bakery worth Thirty Million Naira to the Alvan Ikoku Federal College of Education Owerri, AIFCE.
