UNDP chief identifies factors hindering development of Lake Chad Basin

The Deputy Resident Representative of the United Nations Development Programme (UNDP) in Chad, Binta Sanneh, has identified weak implementation of agreements by member states as one of the factors responsible for slow development of the Lake Chad Basin (LCB) region.
