Nigerian seafarers kick against imposition of DPR permit fees

Seafarers under the aegis of the Nigeria Merchant Navy Officers and Water Transport Senior Staff Association (NMNO/WTSSA) have kicked against alleged exploitation by some oil and gas offshore companies.
