Battle for regulation may cripple power reforms, NERC warns

Chairman of the Nigerian Electricity Regulatory Commission (NERC), Dr Musiliu Oseni, yesterday, urged federal and state actors in the power sector to end regulatory turf wars and embrace collaboration, warning that institutional rivalries could derail the gains of Nigeria’s ongoing
