Udoma parleys Chinese EXIM Bank for infrastructure loan

The Minister of Budget and National Planning, Senator Udoma Udo Udoma, has parleyed management of the Chinese EXIM Bank in Beijing, China, on development assistance to fund some critical infrastructure in the country.
