Every breath is a choice, every minute is a choice, and life gives us opportunities to make daily choices that we have to take responsibility for. Most days, we make a conscious effort to “Choose to be happy” amongst other things, but on other days, life happens and it can’t all be rosy but we can choose to make lemonades regardless.
