Coach’s incompetence responsible for Rangers failure, says commissioner

Charles Ndukwe, has disagreed with acting chief Coach Rangers International Football Club , Chukwuma Agbo, over last Saturday’s humiliation of the club by Zesco United of Zambia in the 2017 CAF Confederation Cup.
