Senator deplores exclusion of Enugu from oil-producing states

Representative of Enugu North Senatorial District, Chukwuma Utazi, has decried the exclusion of Enugu State from the oil-producing states following the recent recognition of Kogi and Anambra, as oil-bearing states.
