Collapsed Building: Developers unsealed ‘stop work’ order, says Lagos

Commissioner for Physical Planning and Urban Development, Mr. Wasiu Anifowose, said officials of the Lagos State Building Control Agency (LASBCA) disapproved the building, but the developers illegally broke the seal to continue work.
