Rights activist, Bako Abdul Usman says delay in Kaduna State council polls is rape on democracy

A top official of Campaign for Democracy (CD), Comrade Bako Abdul Usman, has chided the Kaduna State government for not holding local council election till this year. It is belated and a rape on democracy, he said.
