IoD seeks enthronement of corporate governance to check corruption

Chief executives and directors of organisations must deliberately promote corporate governance as a tool to checkmate corruption to protect corporate entities from collapsing, the President and Chairman of council of the Institute of Directors (IoD), Ahmed Rufai Mohammed has said.
