Otu presents ₦987.8bn 2027 budget To Cross River Assembly

Cross River State Governor, Bassey Otu, has presented a proposed ₦987.8 billion budget for the 2027 fiscal year to the State House of Assembly, with emphasis on infrastructure, agriculture, education and healthcare. Otu, who christened the proposal the “Budget of
