Finally, embattled Onnoghen docked, granted bail on self-recognisance

Finally, the embattled suspended Chief Justice of Nigeria (CJN), Justice Walter Onnoghen, was yesterday arraigned before the Danladi Umar-led Code of Conduct Tribunal (CCT).
