Commission documents 700,000 out of school children in Nigeria

The National Commission for Almajiri and Out-of-School Children Education (NCAOOSCE) has disclosed that it has documented 700,000 out-of-school children across Nigeria. The Executive Secretary of NCAOOSCE Dr Muhammad Idris disclosed this at the maiden edition of the Benue Basic Education
