S’East leaders pay tribute to Nwankwo at funeral service

South East leaders, their friends and well wishers paid glowing tributes to the late elder statesman and Chancellor of Eastern Mandate Union (EMU), Dr. Arthur Agwuncha Nwankwo, who died in February at 80.
