PIND, CRIN certify 14 nursery operators

The Partnership Initiatives in the Niger Delta (PIND) and the Cocoa Research Institute of Nigeria (CRIN) have certified 14 cocoa seed nursery operators at the CRIN’s headquarters in Ibadan, Oyo State.
