Synagogue Church foundation passed soil test, witness says

A member of the Building Collapse and Prevention Guild  (BCPG), Ebenezer Ologuntoye has narrated to a Lagos High, Igbosere how Synagogue Church of All Nation (SCOAN) collapsed building site passed soil test.
